Once you are logged into your account, you will see your current point balance in the upper right corner of the website, next to MY ACCOUNT. If you go to the Account section and click on MY REWARDS, you will find your point details. Click "View Point History" to see a tracking of all orders or activities where you have earned or redeemed points.
Note that we moved to a new rewards platform on 5/19/20 and all point earning activities before that date are not listed. You can contact your Customer Service team if you have questions on points earned/redeemed before 5/19/20 as they have visibility into the history.
All points prior to 5/19/20 were transferred into the new program and will be reflected in your account as a lump sum titled "Historical Point Balance Transfer".
