How do I redeem my reward points?

You can redeem your reward points for discounts on both standalone and recurring orders.   

For standalone orders, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. During the checkout process, a dropdown menu will be available to select the number of points you'd like to use:

To redeem points from the Shop Pay page, you'll need to select the option to checkout as a guest:  

You'll remain logged into your Honest Kitchen account and the next page should show a dropdown menu on the right side of the page where you can select the number of points that you would like to apply to your order.  

For subscriptions, you can apply points to your next recurring order by logging in, selecting the dropdown menu at the top right of the page where it shows "My Account" and selecting the page that says "My Recurring Order Rewards"  

Some things to keep in mind with redeeming points:

1. You will only see this section if you have enough points. 
2. You will only see point redemption options available to use based on your subtotal. (ie if you have 400 points but your subtotal is only $8, you will only see the option to redeem 100 points/$5.
3. Reward points cannot be applied to tax or shipping costs.
4. Reward points can only be redeemed in the following increments. Customer service cannot make adjustments to this.

Please note that rewards points CANNOT be redeemed for cash. They can only be redeemed on TheHonestKitchen.com in the above rewards tiers.
