If you purchased directly from our website, you are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. We’ll send you a free return shipping label and RMA number for all authorized returns through our online store.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after 90 days from the original purchase date. We are also unable to accept any returns on expired products. In order to be eligible for a return, at least 1/2 of the product must be left in the box or bag. This is up to the customer service reps discretion.
FINAL SALE: Please note that any product sold as part of a short-dated promotion is not eligible for returns. These products are sold at a discounted rate because their expiration date is in the near future. The promotion will clearly state the short dated nature of the product and estimated expiration date range.
If you purchased directly from thehonestkitchen.com in the past 90 days:
- Please email questions@thehonestkitchen.com with your order number or call us at 1-866-437-9729 to request a return.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, using the free shipping label provided.
- We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase.
- Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others.
- Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund original shipping charges.
If you purchased from one of our authorized resellers (online or in-stores):
- Please contact that reseller directly to arrange your return, following their return policy.
- The Honest Kitchen will credit the reseller’s account once the return has been processed.
