If you are note able to redeem points on your upcoming recurring order please use the below to help troubleshoot:

Are you logged in to your account? If not, please log in before trying to apply points.

Do you have enough points for the redemption level you are trying to apply? If the box is gray, you may not have enough reward points for that level of redemption.

Does your upcoming order exceed the amount you are trying to apply as a discount? You cannot apply a discount that's higher than your order total.

For example, if your order is $9.99, you will not be able to apply a discount of $10 to your recurring order. You will only be eligible for $5.00 off.

Order total is calculated prior to taxes and shipping. Reward points cannot be applied to taxes and shipping costs.

What happens if I redeem points, but then cancel my recurring order?
Unfortunately, your points will not automatically appear back in your account. If this situation applies to you, please contact our customer support team at questions@thehonestkitchen.com to reinstate your points.
